Lifecycle Support Policy

Acora releases are supported for 18 months after the release of the immediately subsequent version, irrespective of whether the subsequent release is a minor or major version.

Support comprises:

  • important/critical security patches,
  • critical usability bugs in core features that have no alternate workaround,
  • training services,
  • development or customisation services, and
  • help desk or telephone based technical support.
