Acora releases are supported for 18 months after the release of the immediately subsequent version, irrespective of whether the subsequent release is a minor or major version.
Support comprises:
- important/critical security patches,
- critical usability bugs in core features that have no alternate workaround,
- training services,
- development or customisation services, and
- help desk or telephone based technical support.
